walkingforweightloss.co.uk has had an overhaul!

The website now contains a members section for clients where they can blog their progress, access recipes and helpful tips.

The website will be updated monthly with new articles, recipes and events so check back often!

Well it's about time I sorted myself out isn't it? My blog has finally arrived and I'm very excited. I have a call to action for all of you out there in the ether. Please join me in 2010 at the Mid-Day Walk for breastcancer in Windsor Great Park on the 2nd Saturday in June next year. I did it this weekend and it is such a stunning walk and for a truly worthy cause. For the fitter amongst you, the 13 mile walk will be a good challenge but for those of you wanting a gentler distance, you can do 6 miles.
